What information do I need to start planning my project?
To start your remodeling project discussions, you need to be able to describe what you want the end result to be. Consider the top three things you want to accomplish with your space and provide us pictures of your existing space as well as any pictures you find that inspire your design plans.
How do I start my remodeling project?

How much does a typical remodel cost?
Remodeling costs vary widely depending on the scope of the project. We use a proven tool to develop early budget figures and to create a detailed and transparent budget for your project.
How long will my project take?
Project timelines vary depending on your scope and will be confirmed as part of our remodeling process. In general, small changes to a room can be completed in days, while standard kitchen and bath remodels take about 3-5 weeks and major projects take several months.

What is the order in which construction takes place?
We follow a clear process to ensure every project is a success. The key steps for the construction process include:
- Planning – Design – Product selection
- Purchasing materials

How do I select products and materials for my project?
We believe that selecting products for your project should be easy, stress-free, an enjoyable. To help you through this process, we have professional relationships with experts who will guide you and help you find the perfect products that fit your, lifestyle, and budget.
Who will be my main point of contact for my project?
You will be assigned one of our experienced project managers, whose job is to keep your project moving forward and on track. Your project manager is also responsible for communicating with you daily to update you on the job’s progress.
Where will tools and materials be stored during my project?
We aim to keep your home as neat as possible during a project. Tools used onsite leave with the carpenter each day, and all trash is removed daily. Cabinets are staged at the suppliers and brought to your job site as needed. Once the project starts, other materials will be stored at your house so they are ready to use.
How soon can we start my project?
As soon as all products, including any special orders, are available, we can commence your project and will do our best to schedule our team’s time to match this product availability. This is typically 6 to 8 weeks after final selections are made.
Can the project be completed in phases?
This really depends on the specific project. Some can be completed in phases, but others are much more efficient to complete as one single project.
How many people will be on site during my remodeling project?
Typically two or three people will be on site on a daily basis, plus you can expect visits from the project manager.
What is your typical working day like?
Our team starts at our shop at 7:45 am. We work Monday to Friday in customers’ homes from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, finishing up daily in your home at 4 pm.
Can I take the drawings for my project with me?
Yes, after a deposit is paid on the project, you can take the drawings with you.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No, you are not charged for an estimate. However, if drawings are necessary, they will incur a fee and some design fees may apply to your project.
Will you obtain the permits and set up inspections required for my project?
We will discuss the individual requirements for each job with you and determine what permits and approvals are required.
What state will my home be in at the end of my project?
At the end of your project, everything will be fully cleaned up and your new space will be ready to move into and enjoy!
